Courier application

Couriers are independent contractors responsible for safe pickup and delivery of customer laundry. You must maintain valid insurance where required, follow Sudz-Ez handling standards, and keep your availability status accurate.

• Treat every order with care and deliver within the scheduled window when possible.
• Use proof-of-delivery photos when requested and update job status promptly in the app.
• Keep vehicle and contact details current; admin verification is required before paid jobs unlock.
• Payouts require Stripe Connect setup after you are approved.
